Mineral Colors	Weight and Price
All of these dry powdered mineral pigments are non-bleeding and are FDA approved for use in cosmetics. Dry powdered mineral pigments are generally safe when used at up to 5% of total ingredients or about 0.8 ounce per pound of oils. Use less for softer, muted pastel color and more for richer, deep dark color. Finished soap should produce white lather if color is evident in lather, then too much colorant was used.
