Mica Colors	Price
All of these dry powdered mica colors are non-bleeding and are FDA approved for use in cosmetics. Mica colors are generally safe when used at up to 5% of total ingredients or about 0.8 ounce per pound of oils. Use less for softer, muted pastel color and more for richer, deep dark color. Micas may temporatily morph or change color in cold process soap due to high alkalinity and revert back to their true color in the finished soap. Finished soap should produce white lather; if color is evident in lather, then too much colorant was used.
