Soapmaking Studio is a Crafter's Choice Distributor

In addition to reselling Crafter's Choice products from our website and physical location, the Soapmaking Studio is delighted to assist customers with Crafter's Choice drop shipments and special orders. Either telephone us at (619) 668-1435 to place your order or open, fill-in, and print the Crafter's Choice Order Form, Fillable PDF to bring or mail to the Soapmaking Studio. To be fillable, the PDF form must be opened with Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.

Through the mail, the Soapmaking Studio accepts only money orders and no other types of payment. At our physical location, we accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payment services. If you have arrived at a total for your order, you may use the Dollar Amount payment buttons on our website to send a specific amount to the Soapmaking Studio.

If you own a business and are purchasing items for resale (such as fragrances or colorants for use as ingredients in soap to sell), be sure to bring or mail a completed California Resale Certificate PDF to waive sales tax.

Crafter's Choice Special Orders

Being a Crafter's Choice master distributor, we can special order any WSP or Crafter's Choice product. Usually, special orders are drop shipped directly from Crafter's Choice (in Ohio) to you via UPS, which requires a UPS-deliverable address—not a PO box address. If you do not provide a UPS-deliverable address during checkout, the following will occur.

1. We will contact you to verify your address is not deliverable via UPS and we will attempt to get a UPS-deliverable address from you.
2. If you are unable to provide a UPS-deliverable address, UPS will deliver your order to the Soapmaking Studio in Lemon Grove, California.
3. The Soapmaking Studio will email you an invoice for payment of supplemental (US Postal Service) shipping fees.
4. After the shipping fees are paid, your items will be mailed via the US Postal Service to your address (or PO box).

The process of having the Soapmaking Studio serve as an intermediary receiver and re-ship your order is both slower and more expensive. If possible, provide a UPS-deliverable address during checkout for special orders and drop shipments to save time and money.

Most Crafter's Choice Orders are Drop Shipped with Free Shipping

Crafter's Choice ships bulk orders via UPS from Ohio. Frequently, Crafter's Choice will drop ship domestic orders for free. Exceptions and shipping restrictions are listed below.

• International shipping is not free.
• Shipments to a non-UPS-deliverable address, such as a PO box, are not free (see above).
• Freight and pallet quantities are not shipped for free.
